  4. Return Conditions:

      • The product or service is in its original condition and has not been used, altered, or damaged.
      • Any accompanying materials, documentation, or bonuses received with the purchase are returned as well.

      • Shipping charges, if applicable.
      • Courses or programs where more than 20 percent of the content has been completed.
      • Sale Items only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be rufunded.

    • Once your return request is approved, we will process the refund or exchange within a reasonable timeframe. The exact time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

    7. Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within three weeks, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
